How do I purchase artwork?
Purchasing artwork is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Browse through our art collection and choose the piece(s) you’d like to purchase.
- Click on the artwork for more details and to view the price.
- Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout when you're ready.
- Provide your shipping information and select your preferred payment method.
- Review your order and complete your purchase!
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details, including shipping information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to most countries, including:
- Canada
- United States
- International (Worldwide)
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can view the estimated shipping charges during checkout based on your address and the selected shipping method.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Canada: Typically 5-10 business days
- United States: Typically 7-14 business days
- International (Worldwide): Typically 10-21 business days
Please note: Custom processing and delays due to weather or carrier issues can affect delivery times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees may be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery, and the amount will depend on your country’s import regulations.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and we cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Can I return or exchange artwork?

How is my artwork packaged for shipping?
Each piece of artwork is carefully packaged using high-quality, eco-friendly materials to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective packaging, such as bubble wrap, foam, or custom-built crates for larger pieces, to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the shipping carrier’s website.
Can I commission custom artwork?
Yes! If you're looking for something unique, we offer custom commissions with select artists. Please contact us at hello@sawigallery.com to discuss your vision and we’ll connect you with the right artist for the job.
